I think that LCL package was renamed to a new name, so now all of the 3rd party packages that require LCL can not find it.
I think that the package should the be renamed again back to LCL for backward compatibility.

For example the daily snapshot.

No problem. You can use that too.

Note: the 0.9.30 IDE can not compile trunk. You have to use make.

It is still named 'LCL'.

The package requires a LCL with a version of at least 1.0.
That's why the version of the LCL was increased to 1.0.1.
You still have an old Lazarus version with a LCL version 0.9.31.
Please update your Lazarus.

The package requires a LCL with a version of at least 1.0.
That's why the version of the LCL was increased to 1.0.1.
You still have an old Lazarus version with a LCL version 0.9.31.
Please update your Lazarus.

I'm using revision 29212 compiled like so:

$ make clean cleanall  cleanide
$ make

The problem continued after the new compilation on all 3rd party components with the dependency to LCL.

What URL do you use?

Maybe the svn2 admin can kick the synchronize daemon/cron.

Otherwise you can try to switch:
cd lazarus
svn switch http://svn.freepascal.org/svn/lazarus/trunk
