[Lazarus] Is it possible to install the SynEdit used in Lazarus in Delphi?

Hi,

The SynEdit component used in Lazarus project runs only in the Lazarus IDE or is it possible to install it in Delphi 10.2 (for example)?

No.

For example it does not support UTF-16.
